The UK National Theatre gave an inspiring performance of Everyman in London this summer. TC Squared actors and the Artistic Director were fortunate to see this play, and again to watch the NT Live Simulcast in Boston. The edgy, contemporary adaptation by UK Poet Laureate Carol Ann Duffy brings this Medieval Morality Play into the 21st century. Rosalind Thomas-Clark, Artistic Director of TC Squared, is planning to produce her adaptation using this script as a basis for development and improvisation, where the original theme collides with today’s world.

The Music will be composed by Allyssa Jones and the Choreography will be by Fernadina Chan and Continuum Dance. The cast will be drawn from TC2 actors and other Boston artists interested in this innovative project.
